Blockbusters Festive は、創造力と笑いを詰め込んだ映像制作型チームビルディングアクティビティ。

年末の社内イベントやホリデーパーティーのスタートを、印象的で一体感のある体験で盛り上げます。

参加者はチームで協力しながら、短くてインパクトのある“ムービートレーラー”を制作。

“オスカー級”の作品を目指すには、冒頭から観客を惹きつける演出力と、与えられたテーマとメッセージをうまく融合させるストーリーテリングが求められます。

限られた時間内に仕上げるには、計画性・チームワーク・そして的確な実行力が不可欠。

映像制作に必要なさまざまな役割（脚本、演出、撮影、演技、編集など）が用意されているため、技術系でもクリエイティブ系でも、すべての参加者が自分の得意を活かせる、包摂的で活気ある雰囲気が自然と生まれます。
